This policy explains what information I collect on asad4wp.com, why I collect it, and how you can ask questions or request deletion.
Who I am
This website is operated by ASAD, a WordPress developer based in Lahore, Pakistan, working with agencies and clients in the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and elsewhere.

Information I collect
Contact and project enquiries
If you submit the contact form, I receive the details you enter. That typically includes first name, last name, email, phone, company, website, project interests, budget, and your message. I store these as leads so I can reply and keep a record of the enquiry.
Newsletter
If you enter your email in the footer form, I use it only to send updates you asked for. You can unsubscribe by emailing me.
Site chat
Messages you type in the on-site assistant are sent to the server so I can answer. If an AI provider is connected, the message may be processed by that provider to generate a reply. Do not send passwords, payment cards, or other sensitive secrets in chat.
Cookies and local storage
The cookie banner stores your Accept or Decline choice in your browser (local storage). That choice stays on your device and is not sent to me as a marketing profile. Essential site functions still work if you decline.
Technical data
The hosting server may log standard request data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and the time of the visit. I use this to keep the site secure and working, not to build advertising profiles.
How I use this information

- To send newsletter updates you subscribed to
- To answer chat questions about WordPress services on this site
- To keep the website secure and diagnose problems
I do not sell your personal information. I do not use it for paid advertising networks.
Who I share it with
I share information only when needed to run the site or reply to you:
- Hosting (the server that stores the website and form submissions)
- Email, when I reply to you
- An AI provider, only if chat is enabled and your message is sent for a reply
I may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect the website from abuse.
How long I keep it
Contact enquiries and related notes are kept for as long as needed to handle the project and any follow-up. Newsletter emails are kept until you unsubscribe. Chat messages are processed to produce a reply and are not used as a public archive. Server logs are kept only as long as the host retains them for security.
Your choices
You can email asad4wp@gmail.com to ask what I hold about you, to correct it, or to request deletion of a form or newsletter record. You can also decline cookies in the banner. If you are in a region with additional privacy rights, I will handle a reasonable request under those rules.
International visitors
The site is hosted and operated from Pakistan and is used by people in other countries. If you contact me from outside Pakistan, your information is processed where the site and email are hosted.
Children
This site is for professional WordPress work. It is not directed at children under 16, and I do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes in a material way, I will update this page and the date above.
